Here’s a pleasant ecchi manga, starring a female student council president, a charismatic girl with progressive ideas to improve student life (all geared towards sexual liberation), but also an airhead in private, and her husband, a male classmate with his head on his shoulders, playing the straight man.
… Yes, “her husband”: their parents agreed and signed them up for marriage when they were just small brats ┐(￣ヮ￣)┌
Of course, their mutual feelings grow stronger fairly fast, we go from tsundere to WAFF vanilla eventually.
All of that comes wrapped in a slice of life ecchi manga style, each chapter contains a bit of sex, plenty of ecchi, and a good deal of light comedy relief 
Not gonna lie, while the girl’s flushed facial expressions were fine, the sex is censored as fuck (I must have been able to pinpoint the exact position of a penis 5 times), so if I were you I wouldn’t expect a pornfest, you’d better read the manga for the good mood and the smiles ^^
