This is called Enty, I had never heard of it before, and Shiwasu No Okina has an Enty page.
Long story short, with that you can give money to the creator of your choice (SNO in the present case), to support him/her, and you receive in exchange rare materials.
Honestly I’m not very interested in the idea of receiving anything that’s not translated anyway (yay scanlations!!), but a GREAT artist like that deserves lots of love and support already, and I’m glad to have found, at last, a way to send it directly.
